We began as an offshoot of MBA4, and since then have expanded to members of other talkers as well. As our group expanded, so did the conversations and gossip, so we created a private mailing list where we feel free to discuss what's happening in our personal lives, in our net.lives, in our communities, or in the world at large. Without the distraction of male perspectives, we find ourselves more open about our opinions and beliefs. In a male dominated medium such as the internet, we feel it is important to connect with other females. Our name was chosen to poke fun at the idea of a Sheik's Harem, we are by no means presenting ourselves for that purpose. We enjoy this opportunity to show our femininity on the Net and to connect with other women around the world.
